Hello, my name is Lucie Ormerod and I am the founder of UrbanCalm. It is not always easy to stay calm and relaxed living in a busy city and through movement and breath work we can help our bodies and mind feel better. I offer yoga and pilates classes in East Finchley and Hampstead, North London. You can also book holistic aromatherapy massage and facial treatments at my studio and at the laboratory spa and health club,Muswell hill.

Do you crave a weekend away?

Our late summer yoga and Pilates weekend retreat is set in a beautiful manor house only 90min from North London. We can’t wait to return to the very special energy at Tofte manor, it’s stylish decor, and spectacular landscaped gardens. Practice yoga, Pilates and sound healing with huge crystals lining the space and look up to the night sky during our gong bath in the Cosy Yurt.
